Galliford Try is coming together to complete a non-stop sponsored cycle relay from Land’s End to John O’Groats in aid of Cancer Research UK. The event will be completed in 14 stages ranging in distance from 55 to 83 miles. Each stage will be completed by a team of cyclists. I have comitted to complete stage 13 (66 mile cycle from Inverness to The Crask Inn) in support of a dear friend and colleague of mine.

The relay will commence on Thursday 11 June 2015 at Land’s End and continue non-stop to the finish at John O’Groats on Sunday 14 June 2015 cycling at an average speed of between 12 and 13mph. .

The Galliford Try team is aiming to raise £50,000 for Cancer Research UK, the world’s leading cancer charity which helps find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
