I am currently organising a charity event to raise money for Willen Hospice.  The event is to cycle a gruelling 800 miles in 8 days from Paris to Nice taking in two of the Tour de France's most famous climbs, the relenting, barren, legendary "Windy Mountain", Mont Ventoux and if that wasn't enough, then take in every single one of the iconic 21 hairpins that make up Alpe d'huez. 

Not only am I organising this event, I am also taking part with 31 other crazy keen cyclists.  All cyclists taking part are funding the trip themselves so that all money raised goes to the charity  and we have all signed up to a personal fundraising target of £1k each.  Collectively we want to raise £100k for Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes, because they do such an amazing job in our local community!
