Hello!

Following the minor success of last year's 10K I have now taken it upon myself to once again rise from my eternal slumber and wheeze my way around a 13 mile course. Terrifyingly, that's twice as far as last time (and therefore twice as far as I've ever ran before in my life). Rest assured I have barely moved since last May so this will be quite the challenge.

In preparation I will be doing the Manchester 10K in May, which hopefully will set me up for this hideous event in September. It's going to be awful, and I am dreading it, so please give Mercy Ships some money so that they can continue giving some of the world's poorest folk incredible, life changing surgery and healthcare, and more importantly, so my pain hasn't been for nothing.
