On 7th May 2015 Nigel Lord, Steve Duffy, Chris Williams, John Cornelius and Marc Sturgess will be cycling John O'Groats to Lands End (just under a 1000 miles) in 9 days.

To put this cycle ride into context we will be cycling over 100 miles most days, with some days being over 120, and thats assuming we don't get lost on the way. Taking my cycling ability into account i am expecting a minimum of 8 hours a day cycling. And believe me when i say cycling behind Steve Duffy for 8 hours in not a pleasant experience!

I don't need to tell you how important Cancer Research is to all of us. Many of you will of experienced the loss of a family member or close friend to cancer. I still feel cheated to this day nearly 15 years on from the loss of my father to cancer before he managed to make his 60th Birthday. Every little bit we can raise will help fight back against cancer and help reduce a little of the suffering.
