This will be my fourth year raising money for Cancer Research UK. As always, I shall be taking part in memory of my dear cousin Dean, who we sadly lost to Bowel Cancer in February 2012 and also my Uncle Luigi who we lost a year later.

Words cannot describe how much myself and my family miss Dean and Luigi. However, fantastic fundraising events like Race for Life help to keep their memory and positivity alive. Not only am I taking part in Race for Life for my loved ones, but also to help others who have been diagnosed, or affected by Cancer. It is not only difficult for those with Cancer, but also the families and friends of the patient too. I will be thinking of all those people as I run and make it to the finish line.
