I'm taking part in this year's London Triathlon on Saturday 8th August, along with around 180 other TSB Partners. I will be doing a 750-metre swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run around the Excel Centre in London Docklands.

I'll be fundraising personally for Sue Ryder, in memory of my Grandfather, who received superb care from them during his final days.
