From the 10th to the 13th of July I'm riding from London to Blois, in the Loire Valley, France, with 120 colleagues from across Saint-Gobain, to celebrate the Group's 350th anniversary (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/saint-gobain-350-years/).

We'll be cycling up to 100 miles a day for four day so not exactly a comfortable summer jaunt, more of a four day hard slog for what I hope you will agree is a worthy cause.

We're raising money for the Saint-Gobain Together Partnership (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/about-us/charity-partners/) which this year is supporting two charities that do amazing work: Macmillan Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society.
