So this year I will be taking part in 2 Triathlons. I will be doing the Sprint Distance Triathlon which comprises of a 750m swim, followed by a 20km bike ride and finishing with a 5km run.
My 1st Triathlon is the Castle Challenges in Bamburgh on the 25th of July
My 2nd Triathlon is the London Triathlon on the 8th of August where I will be part of Team TSB.
I will be raising funds for Alzheimer's Scotland which is a charity very close to my heart.
