We are scheming a trek from 'More to More' across the wilds of Caithness.  From Loch More to Braemore, a distance of roughly 15 miles.  We will walk on the 10th May as part of ME awareness week.

ME is a complex, serious and disabling condition that devastates the lives of those who have it. It can manifest itself in many ways, often extreme fatigue, pain, anxiety, sleep problems and it can be difficult to diagnose. It is not a rare condition, yet there is very little medical research in this field.
