Al and I have always said we would do the Carten100 one day. A cycle from CARdiff (where we will soon live) to TENby (not far from where Al grew up) - this year with Velindre as its chosen charity.

With neither of us having road bikes (yet!) and Alex scared of getting close enough to a rider in front to benefit from any slipstream(!), this will be quite the challenge!

Importantly, Carten100's chosen charity this year is Velindre. Velindre has played a huge part in my family over the last couple of years. We cannot thank them enough for all their support in difficult times. 

At least by doing this, we can hopefully raise some money to support their incredible work. Please dig deep!
