4 very unfit girls have decided to join together to take on the men in the Samworth Challenge to support two charities very close to our hearts. The challenge is set in the beautiful Lake Vrynwy, North Wales which has some very large Peaks to battle. We only have 5 months to get fit which is the biggest challenge in itself!
