We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer
Story
I am running the Bath Half Marathon to support my friend Jess and her family. In August, her father Charlie was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Blastoid Mantle Cell Lymphoma. I am running these 13 miles to raise money for Cancer Research UK so that they are able to continue to research and develop more effective treatment and remedies to assist people like Charlie.
We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.
