On 12th-14th June I am taking part in the London to Amsterdam Cycling Challenge with the Football League in order to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

The gruelling challenge begins with an 85 mile stretch from London to Harwich, where we board an overnight ferry to the Hook of Holland. Our exhausting journey then continues with a further 60 miles into Amsterdam, our destination!

I love a challenge and hope to raise lots of money for a great charity with the help of my friends.

I would really appreciate any donation that you can manage ,however large or small, my target is £1000.
