On Saturday 6th December I'll be getting up before dawn to run my part of 160km in a 16-hour relay around London. We're all new civil servants running in support of Refuge, supporting women and children against domestic violence.

This will be my first 'proper run' since running in the Chester marathon back in October and I am only just about recovered! So any support you can give to help push myself to get around the capital will be very much appreciated.
