On Saturday 6 December I'll be taking part in a team run in Westminster - we'll run 160k between us. I'll be running 5k which will be a challenge for me (I'm sure I'll be making lots of last minute panic trips to the gym this week....!) As it'll be a Saturday in central London it'll definitely be a bit of a tourist dodge...

On a more serious note we've chosen to run 160k as part of Refuge's 16 days of action to end violence towards women. Have a look at their website to find out more about the brilliant work they do to support women and children every day. 

Please help us raise as much money as possible for Refuge. It really is a great cause.
