I'm one of a small group of civil servants who will be putting our bodies on the line for Refuge, an amazing charity which supports victims of domestic violence.

As part of Refugue's 16 days of action we will be collectively running 160km.  I've pledged to run 20km as part of the groups effort to raise money and awareness for this fantastic cause.
