I am running 10km of a 160km relay for Refuge, during their 16 days of activism. Refuge provide help and safe shelter to victims of domestic violence - two women per week are killed by a partner or ex partner in England and Wales alone.

This is unacceptable. It is pervasive. Just because it is so often behind closed doors, so often suffered in silence does not mean we shall ignore it.  

Please donate. I'm aiming to raise £160 towards a team goal of £1600. This will help run shelters which provide vital protection for vulnerable women and children and keep a helpline going that supports victims when they have nowhere else to turn. This is vital.
