I along with 4 others from the area will join a total group of 100 people, to cycle 170 miles from the Police Memorial in London to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire. This will take place of the weekend of 24th - 26th July 2015. We will arrive in time for the Police Memorial Service.

I am raising money for a fantastic charity Care Of Police Survivors - COPS. They look after, take care of and provide endless support to the families of Police Officers and Staff who have lost their lives in the line of duty. COPS are not just a short time fix, they're there for as long as needed. They not only support partners and children of a fallen colleague, but also parents and siblings, keeping them all in the police family.

For the past few years I have taken part in the Lawride with the Blue Knights, but this year have I decided to do away with the engine and do it on leg power! I am starting with very little pushbiking experience so it's going to be a big training curve.
