I recently lost my friend Becki. She did a lot of work with the charity MIND and therefore I am taking part in MIND's Santa Run. This is a 5k race in London dressed as Santa (the clue is in the name really!!). Now to the physically fit amongst you 5k doesn't seem much but I get out of breath climbing the stairs and am not currently sure if I even own a pair of trainers.
