Hi! With some other idiots from Code Computerlove, I'm planning to spend the night sleeping outside on the concrete in Manchester, to raise funds and awareness to support Action for Children. 

It seemed like a good idea a couple of weeks ago, when it was still warm and sunny. As I type this with cold rain lashing against my window, I'm not so sure. Give generously and I guarantee I'll have an uncomfortable, cold, wet night just for you.

But I'm lucky - each year in the UK, 80,000 young people find themselves homeless.

1 in 3 are care leavers, and 1 in 7 will be sexually abused.

Action for Children is an amazing charity that tackles the root causes of homelessness, keeping vulnerable young people off the streets and enabling them to build better lives.
