This time last year I raised sponsorship money for research into  Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy by cycling 100 miles and completing the 'Manchester 100' Cycle Sportive. I can't just do the same thing this year so I am aiming to ride to the start of the 'Manchester 100' complete the event and ride home...my aim is to cycle 200 miles in one day! Yes folks that's the equivalent of Liverpool to London and I anticipate it will take me about fifteen hours. I plan to set off at 4am and hope to be home before dark.

There is not much time to raise money so please recognise that this is no ordinary challenge, this is a tough ask that I will be inspired to complete with your support. Please help me to raise funds and stop any more young people succumbing to Duchenne's.
