A whole fabulous team from BBC breakfast will be running the Great North Run This year. This includes me! I'll be trying to run and get my lazy bum (osteopaths words, not mine) around the 13 mile course.

It's all in memory of our dear late editor Alison Ford, an incredibly inspiring woman whose presence is keenly missed. So please give us what you can to help fight this rotten disease. xxx
