Colleagues and partners from Nottingham City Council are taking part in a 100km cycle ride on one of the Nottingham Citycard Cycles (see photo). This is going to be a pretty painful day, and i'm happy to take part to try and make a little difference and help to raise funds and awareness for AEGIS
