I am running the great manchester run for Crohns and Colitis UK. I have chosen this charity as I have done race for life three times now and wanted to do something else ,not to mention it's close to my heart.

I was diagnosed with Crohns in 2000 and since then I've had my good and bad times with it. I went through the denial stage at the start as I didn't want to think that I had this horrible disease but sometimes it's hard to ignore or forget. I've been very lucky that I haven't had to have any Surgery so that's one thing :) I've added a few photos on my page with some facts on them about crohns/ colitis. You might only be able to see them if you click on the main site.

I want to raise as much money as I can for CCUK and any amount would be greatly welcome :)
