We fund eye examinations and glasses to change lives through the gift of vision

Story

On Sunday 24th August I will be joining others taking part in the Optoms Cycling for Sight event riding the whole 190km of the first stage of this years Tour de France - which was in Yorkshire, not France!

It's all for a great cause - just £3 is enough to provide an eye examination and glasses for someone who needs them.

I like riding a bike more than most but it's also going to be a considerable challenge - it's a long way with a few big hills on the way.
