Story
On 27 September, myself and colleagues from Hyphen and Novum Law will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes in the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. The aim is to complete the walk in under 12 hours.
The walk covers a distance of 37.5 km (23.3 miles) to 42 km (26.1 miles) (depending on the route) with nearly 1,600 m (5,249 ft) of ascent and descent.
As a Trustee of the brain injury charity Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire; I along with my colleagues here at Novum Law, are raising money by taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in September 2014.
As part of the fantastic fundraising and work that Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire do, the charity aims to ensure that when a person’s life is turned upside down by brain injury, they get the help and support they need and deserve and are able to live as independent a life as possible.
Please help me and my colleagues support this incredible charity by making a donation, however small. After all, I will be going through some serious pain when scaling these mountains and I expect there to be some equally painful photos as a result for you to enjoy!
Thank you.
