I will be running in the Bupa Great South Run in memory of my mother-in law Jackie, who sadly passed away on July 26th 2014. In her last days Jackie received wonderful care at the hands of the Doctors, nurses and volunteers of St Wilfrid's hospice in Chichester. Everyone at the hospice was extremely caring both for Jackie and for all of the family during the days she spent there.

I was shocked to learn that St Wilfrid's, along with many other establishments like them operate entirely from donations, costing £20 per patient per hour. I therefore feel that the least that I can do to show my appreciation for their efforts, is to run in their support to help ensure that they will be able to continue to provide patients with the same fantastic care that our mum received. So if you can spare any amount money to donate to this cause it would be most appreciated.
