The RBL are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

Hi,

The Royal British Legion is best known for its Poppy Appeal and its emblem, the red poppy. What they do is provide support to those that have served past and present.

The Royal British Legion's spend £1.7m a week on direct welfare support - £90m each year answering 165,000 calls - that's social, emotional and financial care to the Armed Forces family.

The ride we are undertaking is 460km over 4 days, from London to Paris. If you can make a donation to help support The Royal British Legion that would be much appreciated.
