Story

Thank you for visiting our Raft Race Team's WaterAid fundraising page.

WaterAid enables the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education. These basic human rights underpin health, education and livelihoods and form the first, essential step in overcoming poverty.

We are taking part in the annual one mile raft race organised by Thames Water! Up to 40 themed rafts will battle it out on the river Thames at Caversham Bridge on Thursday the 24th of July starting at 18:00 in this annual legendary event. Each team will design, build and decorate their raft and wear fancy dress based around the theme rAFTER PARTY. We have chosen the award winning film Gravity to base our boat and costumes around!

Please dig deep and sponsor us online, it's secure and easy! If you can make the event please come and support everyone involved I promise it will be a lot of fun.
