I am extremely unfit but when I saw that Jonjo Heuerman was running in  a 5k run in Victoria Park in memory of Dylan, I knew I wanted to be part of it as my own tribute to a truly courageous young man who had battled for 4 years since the diagnosis of testicular cancer whilst playing for Australia in the U17's World Cup in Mexico.

I photographed Dylan through his career at West Ham United and I have to say he was such a lovely lad who always had the ability to look into people's eyes as they talked and really listen, regardless of any treatments he was going through.

Dylan, I will miss you not being in our photos any more, you have inspired me to get off my backside, so for that I can't thank you enough.

Cancer does not recognise the colour of skin, age or the team you support, so please sponsor me to beat cancer as it takes too many people before they have had a chance to live their lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
