so after 3 days off to relax my muscles in caught up with 80 lengths tonight feeling good again :)

I pushed it and done 60 tonight 22 percent of the 22 mile challenge completed so far I'm sooooo hungry

made an elderly friend in the pool tonight I think he was just shocked I was there and not down the pub on a fri night!!

bit of a rush tonight didn't get in till 7 quick munch and back out the door in 15 minutes #nonstop #madness

50 more done! tonight was hard, pool was busy and I got hit about 3 times and choked on the water a fair few. same again tomorrow :)

another 50 done and dusted now a walk home in the dark and cold. shattered but smiling :)

I now have 50 lengths less to do, :) productive Sunday. Same again tomorrow!!

I am part of a small business team that has been given the task to raise £750 as an individual target.

'748 million people – roughly one in ten of the world's population – have no choice but to get water from wherever they can, whether it's a dirty pond or an expensive water vendor.'

'Without access to safe water for drinking, cooking and cleaning, people are more likely to suffer from water-related diseases. These can be fatal, killing over 1,400 children a day.'

My challenge is to swim 22 miles in 4 weeks by attending my local pool 5 times a week to complete 71 lengths (of a 25m pool) each time.
