We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

Whilst on a car journey the comment was made 'Who fancies doing Tough Mudder then for charity?'  By the time we arrived some fellow like minded friends, also with leave of their senses had agreed and so the Kenshindoryu team was born.

The time has quickly passed since this that mad moment and we are now close to the event  at Boughton house in Northamptonshire.

Are we prepared......hmm I'll let you know  after July 13th but one thing is for sure we will all cross the line as a team that I have no doubt.

What I also know is that this idea was at the result of too many people close to me being affected by strokes - Some still with us and fighting hard and some sadly not, but will be thinking of them all.

So whatever you can give big or small it would be very much valued by this charity who do brilliant work and who can put the money to good use.

So what is the Mudder?

Well look at the video link within the gallery .....hmm

But In short - Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile obstacle course designed to test all-around strength, stamina, teamwork, and mental grit. Tough Mudder is Probably the Toughest Event on the Planet. Probably.

Please, please, please give what you can and a big Thanks from me for your support and the Kenshindoryu team.
