Despite never owning a bike without stabilisers or cycling further than the boundaries of Suffolk Center Parcs, I thought I'd give this a go:

Between 28th August and 7th September I'll be part of a group of around 50 riders cycling 900 miles from Melksham, Wiltshire to Monte Carlo. I would really appreciate your support for this exciting (but no doubt gruelling) challenge and in raising money for Cancer Research UK.

I'll also be riding in memory of my Grandmother Betty Rogers who sadly lost her battle with cancer back in 1997 - still greatly missed.

Special thanks to my mentors/trainers Malcolm Troy and Bradley Wakefield for making sure I cycle on the right side of the road and ensuring my pedals aren't on upside down....
