Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are a team (possibly two teams!) from Macclesfield Harrier's E Group who are taking part in the 50 50 50 Macc Attack Challenge.

This was set up by Macclesfield man Adam Broadbent, his family and friends, when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer 3 years ago.

The initial target, to raise 50K for the Christie Hospital, was smashed last year before Adam passed away. They are now well on the way towards their second target of 50K for the East Cheshire Hospice in Macclesfield.

Macc Attack is to be held on 2th June 2014 and is an outdoor event designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels (phew!). We will run 10K in groups of 5, taking on 5 different 'fun' challenges along the way.

We hope you feel able to support us in raising money for this deserving cause. Oh, and come along for the hog roast!
