Some of you may be aware that I am doing a couple of bike rides: Wolverhampton to Aberdovey  on the 27th June and The Ring of Kerry 5th July. I appreciate that there are the official charities for these rides which will get my own  entry payments but I would also like try and raise £500 for Cancer Research UK. 

Firstly, Julie's mum Pauline passed away a few years ago and is massively missed by us all and then there are the many relatives and friends and that are sadly no longer with us, so this is in memory of all of them. Now in order to make my fat ass cycling over 212 miles worthwhile please give a little  donation to a brilliant charity.
