It should be an interesting day for the second time. Last year my gears failed so it was a real struggle for the last 15 miles in one gear....  Starting from Wolverhampton again at 7 in the morning and hopefully getting to Aberdovey before it gets dark. Its so important we all make an effort to do things that really make a difference to those less fortunate than ourselves.
