Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our Tesco (unofficial) World Cup sweepstake JustGiving page. I'm hoping that if I say (unofficial) enough times it will stop Sepp Blatter and his cronies from suing me. IT'S FOR CHARITY, SEPP - GIVE US A BREAK :)
Entering the (unofficial) World Cup sweepstake costs just £2 and you can win £32. Simply:
1) donate £1 on this page
2) email ian.mason@uk.tesco.com and you'll be allocated a country at random
3) When allocating you a country I'll ask you for another £1 separately to form part of the prize pot for the winner of the sweepstake, (so the total cost of entry is £2).
Closing date for entry is Friday 23rd May.
There are 32 countries in the World Cup, so if your allocated country ends up winning the World Cup, you'll win £32 (with the remaining £32 going to Diabetes UK).
Don't worry if more than 32 people have entered , we will be running more than one instance of the competition (so we raise more than just £32!) - just donate and you're in!
If you're really into football then you might also be interested in our (unofficial) World Cup Fantasy Football competition, which we're also running to raise money for Diabetes UK. Just let me know when you email me that you're interested and I'll send you details.
Unofficial, unofficial, unofficial, unofficial. Is that ok, Sepp?
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
