Me and 13 other brave colleagues will embark on a 100km trek along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. It is a beautiful route but having to complete the walk in 3 days and sleeping in youth hostels along the way, will make it a challenging 3 days.

We are trekking for Alzheimer's Society, who support people living with dementia. Dementia effects so many people in this country and Alzheimer's Society are working to find a cure, as well as making sure that no one has to go through dementia alone. They are the UK's leading support, care and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers.
