I am teaming up with a group of club staff including former Boro players Steve Vickers and Neil Maddison to cycle from London to Amsterdam in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

By using pedal power to conquer the picturesque 150-mile challenge, we will be helping more men survive prostate cancer and enjoy a better quality of life.

We’re all hard in training for what promises to be a really enjoyable challenge for a very good cause.
