As some of you may know this will be my third tour/ride with the Inspired Living team! An amazing group of riders from across the country who all share the same love for riding and the road.

The Inspired Living Team was founded by a group of people who have been directly impacted by Cancer in some way. In September 2013 I had a conversation with my family that changed all of our lives forever. My mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer, fortunately they caught this very early and they managed to operate successfully three weeks later in October. 

Having taken part in several charity events fundraising for Cancer Research, it seemed like a massive kick in the teeth to find out that one of your closest family, someone who raised you your whole life has been effected. I am pleased to say that she has now recovered, although will remain on medication for some time.

The news effected our whole family and as a result I decided to take part in another ride to raise awareness and money for this great cause. If it wasn't for the Inspired Living team and many others who take part in similar charity events we may well have one less family member with us today. 

She is the most inspirational, caring, warm hearted person I know and the world is a much better place with her in it! Please donate anything you can to this amazing charity and in return I'll cycle over 900 miles to Monte Carlo. all you have to do is spend 5 minutes tapping in some details on line. Fair deal?
