I am doing a 100km trek along the Dorset coastline on the weekend of the 14th June in aid of Alzheimer's Society, along with 13 colleagues. This will be a challenge in terms of endurance, stamina, and physical fitness. Let's hope my smaller-than-average legs are up to it!
