On the 18th May I won't be able to join my Unilever colleagues for the great "Miles for Mel" initiative. I actually signed up for another crazy challenge long time ago. On that day I will be participating in my 1st Half ironman in France which will involve 2k swimming followed by 90K of hilly cycling and I will finish with a half marathon run.

I want to take this opportunity to also support and raise  money for "Get A Head" in memory of a colleague Mel Jaggard who sadly passed away last year.
