Story

The challenge - Ride a downhill mountain bike down the vertical height of Mont Blanc in a day. Thats 4,810 meters!!

Now don't get confused here.. I am not riding down Mont Blanc... I am riding the same vertical height!

I am just one participant in a group challenge arranged by Andy's brother Nick. The event will take place in the French alpine ski resort of Tignes on 17th July 2014.

For anyone who knows my riding skills, you'll know that downhill is not my forte! But I am seeing this as a personal challenge to raise money for a charity that can hopefully find ways to reduce and delay the impact of this terrible condition which has affected Andy's family over the last few years.
