I'm taking part in a 161-mile cycle ride from London to Castle Donnington on 11th June - crossing the finish line at the Download Festival.

I'm sure there will aches, pains, tears, chafing and many laughs, but the main reason for this ride is to raise money for three charities who do tremendous work - Childline, Nordoff Robbins and Teenage Cancer Trust.
