As part of the Ultimate 150 Team I took part in the cycle leg from Glasgow to Broxburn on 21st April. Incredibly painful, especially the last 10 miles! It was a great day (apart from the head wind!) and everyone put in a great effort! Thank you for sponsoring the team and I and let's hope we can smash the target when everything is added up!
