In June, together with 49 other people, I shall be taking part in the Aberdovey Bike Ride 3-Day Challenge.

• Day 1 ... Stage 2 TdF route - York to Sheffield (128.3 miles)
• Day 2 ... Sheffield to Wolverhampton (80 miles)
• Day 3 ... Wolverhampton to Aberdovey (122.8 miles)

A total of around 331 miles will be ridden and approximately 22,000 feet climbed ... most of the climbing will be on the first day; over 13,000 feet.
