This July six of us will be going up Ben Nevis and kayaking coast to coast across Scotland - from Fort William to Inverness along the Great Glen. Our aim is to complete this in three days.

We will be doing this to raise funds for two charities. The Yorkshire Air Ambulance and The Steve Prescott Foundation.
