I'm running (probably limping) the Coombe Abbey Marathon to finish off my challenge. This time I'm raising money for Alzheimer's Research. I've raised money for an Alzheimer's related charity before because it's something that's effected me having seen my granddad suffer and deteriorate.

I picked a research focused charity because I'd love to see interventions to stave off Alzheimer's and hopefully one day it will be eradicated. It's a cruel illness that has huge effects on peoples lives. Please help to fight it by donating anything you can spare.
