Edie and I will be challenging ourselves on 26th April in support of ABF The Soldiers' Charity to raise money and pay tribute to Servicemen and women and their families. We hope to demonstrate that our small effort can help to provide generous help for those who have suffered. Edie will be running 4K which represents 10m for each soldier killed in action in Afghanistan since 2001. I will be cycling 25.8k which represents 10m for each of the 2500+ servicemen/women killed or wounded since that time.
