I have always been a keen mountain biker but after a serious road accident in 2011 I took up road riding to aid my rehab and got hooked. Now I am putting my new found passion to good use and raising money by riding the 100/120 mile Aberdovey Bike Ride.

This is an annual cycling event founded by serving West Midlands Police officers and has raised over £100,000 for local charities.
